There are a lot of programs that claim to make people lose weight fast. A lot of them work for some; a lot of them fail for others. But the programs are not to be blamed.
How to lose 10 pounds fast is easy to achieve if the programs are followed to the letter. Mind you, these are not the programs that only advise pill popping exercises that are guaranteed to lose the weight but can be very harmful for the body.
